Summary:

The Quality Assurance Monitoring Agent will be responsible for listening to sales agents calls and ensuring package sales are in compliance with corporate guidelines. Task achieved by evaluating sales verifications, and documenting findings in CRS system. Various office tasks assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have strong attention to detail and strong communication skills both written and verbal. Previous Quality Assurance experience needed and telemarketing experience is preferred. Knowledge of most Microsoft applications necessary.
