SOC Logic Design Engineer

Job Description
The XSD (Xeon Silicon Development) Group is looking for a highly motivated SOC Logic Design Engineer to join the compute die frontend design team for the next generation of Xeon processor.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Working on Design Automation making certain aspects of the design flow more efficient
  • Integration of complex IP's. Requires gaining high level of expertise in the Ips
  • Design and integration methodology development and enforcement
  • Working with cross-functional teams to make sure designs are delivered on time, and with highest quality, by incorporating proper checks at every stage of the design process.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 1+ years of experience. OR a Master degree:
  • Programming in Perl or Python
  • Programming in C/C++
  • Knowledge of RTL fundamentals
