A role that you will love

Variety is definitely something you will get here working as a Site Support Technician. We are a global business with an entrepreneurial spirit and that often means we work within a fast-paced and ever- changing environment. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and monitoring of the organisation’s workstations, peripherals, printers, local site servers and network equipment and you will work closely with our Server and Network teams.

Other key aspects of your role will include:

  • Designing creative computer solutions
  • Working closely with the business and vendors during any implementations
  • You will ensure policies and standards that are implemented adhere to security procedures
  • Customer service is key as you will be responsible for training users on operations and procedures

Day to day you will install, relocate and repair desktop hardware and software, coordinate new equipment and software installations, updates and rollouts as well as respond and update Service/Support tickers as they are assigned.
You will be part of a 28 strong team and whilst they are based across all our locations in the US, the team work closely together to share best practice, come up with ideas of new ways of working and improvements generally support each other with day to day activities. So, what do we need from you?

We do ask that you have experience working within a similar role or that this role is clearly a natural next step from what you are doing now. You will be a self-starter who has the drive and motivation to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

Other key skills and experience required:

  • Support experience in Windows 10
  • Working knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Hands on experience of network troubleshooting
  • Sound understanding of Active Directory
  • Desktop, Laptop and Thin Client imaging with SCCM
  • Travel requirements: Employee may be asked to travel to Jersey City, Edison, or NYC as needed.
